How much does delivery cost?
€7 per case of 6 bottles. Every case started counts: 1 to 6 bottles €7, 7 to 12 bottles €14, and so on (zone 1: flat rate €7). Above the amount shown for your zone, delivery is free.

No minimum order. Delivery within the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg only.
Tonics, soft drinks and other small bottles: above 6 pieces we adjust the shipping cost after your order, as they are smaller and lighter.
When will my order arrive?
We pack orders ourselves: allow 5 to 7 working days, depending on the distance from our Pétange depot, for bottles in stock. Need it urgently for a gift? Call us on +352 691 114 837 – we can almost always find a way.
Can I collect my order in Pétange?
Free, Monday to Saturday, by appointment made at least 24 hours in advance – 59, rue Belair, L-4713 Pétange.
What if a bottle arrives broken?
A bottle broke in transit? Tell the driver straight away and email a photo to info@hows.lu within 48 hours – we'll replace or refund it. A wine is faulty (e.g. corked)? Don't throw it away: recork the bottle with at least three quarters of its contents and contact us, ideally within 48 hours of opening.
Can I return my order?
You have 14 days from the day after receipt to withdraw, by emailing info@hows.lu. The bottles must be intact, unopened, with their original capsule and in their original packaging; return costs are at your expense. Details and withdrawal form in our terms and conditions of sale.
